Faith Pullen

Faith Pullen is a dedicated real estate professional serving the Bryan–College Station area with a strong background in property management and development. She holds a Master’s degree in Land and Property Development from Texas A&M University, where she gained both academic and practical insight into the planning, investment, and operational sides of real estate.

Before becoming a licensed REALTOR®, Faith built hands-on experience managing both long-term and short-term rental properties. This work gave her a deep understanding of property performance, tenant relations, and the factors that influence real estate value and investment success. Her background in development also provides a valuable perspective on how communities grow and how properties can reach their full potential.

Faith first worked with our team as an intern in Summer 2025, where she gained firsthand experience in the day-to-day operations of real estate and client service. That experience strengthened her passion for the industry and led her to pursue her real estate license.

Known for being detail-oriented, approachable, and responsive, Faith is committed to creating seamless and transparent experiences for buyers, sellers, tenants, and investors alike.
